Refund Policy

At New American Institute, we are committed to providing quality learning services. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please refer to the following refund policy, which adheres to Indian consumer protection laws.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Before Course Start: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days before the course begins.

• After Course Commencement: Partial refunds will be granted if requested within the first 3 days of the course. After this period, no refunds will be provided.

• Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to conduct the course as scheduled, you are entitled to a extension of the validity period.

Validity

• Available only on weekdays (Monday to Saturday). You must complete all sessions within the course month duration. Unused sessions will lapse after this period with no liability on us.

• All provided study materials are yours to keep after the course. Upon course completion, you can return for practice and conversation at your convenience. This may incur a fee; please contact for details. Formal classes or structured study sessions are not included post-course, but occasional special classes may be offered.

• If a trainer misses a session or if we observe a holiday on a working day, your session validity will be extended by the number of missed days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:

• If more than 3 days have passed since the course started.

• If the course or sessions have been fully attended or completed.

• If course materials have already been provided and used.

Process for Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or by contacting at reception at timings 2 - 4 PM (Monday to Saturday).

• Upon receiving the request, our team will review it and respond within 7 working days.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 2 working days and credited to your original method of payment.

Non-Transferability

The sessions purchased are non-transferable and can only be used by the specific individual for whom they were bought. These sessions cannot be transferred to any other individual.

Conduct and Termination

You agree to follow the code of conduct while using our services. You are required to:

• Treat trainers with respect and not use inappropriate language or engage in unprofessional behaviour during sessions.

• Not solicit personal information from trainers or suggest offline meetings.

• Be responsible for any damages caused to our property, equipment, or services during your participation, and you will be required to cover the cost of such damages.

Any violation of these terms or failure to compensate for any damages may lead to the termination of your subscription, including the immediate cessation of all your sessions at the sole discretion of the management.
